This year’s short films nominated for the most precious film statue, the Golden Oscar have already been announced, and like every year before, the iShorts festival will be treating you to these movies on a big screen. In the category of “Animated Movies” you’ll be greeted with a conversation between a talking ostrich and a telemarketing agent, while in the “Live Action” category, you’ll experience a one-of-a-kind train ride through snowy blizzards in Norway. So even if you could say that this year has been “My Year of Dicks” so far, the screenings dedicated to Animated and Live Action movies alike might bring you some new long needed perspective.
